Craig comes from a background of Conference and Banqueting at Sofitel St James and Bar Management at Callaghan's and Osia (nominated best new restaurant and best front of house at the Carlton Restaurant Awards 2004). He is a renowned all-rounder with customer service / attention to detail being his forte. And he makes great cocktails.

Liam comes from a hotel background as F&B Manager at Hilton Bath Waterside. He has worked at London's best cocktail bars- Hush (Mayfair), Teatro, Waikiki,Floridita and managed 1802 - Evening Standard Bar of the Year 2004 (runner up). His knowledge of wines/spirits and mixology is exceptional.
