He is a renowned all-rounder with customer service / attention to detail being his forte. And he makes great cocktails.

Liam comes from a hotel background as F&B Manager at Hilton Bath Waterside. He has worked at London's best cocktail bars- Hush (Mayfair), Teatro, Waikiki,Floridita and managed 1802 - Evening Standard Bar of the Year 2004 (runner up). His knowledge of wines/spirits and mixology is exceptional.
